Destiny Integrates Microsoft Teams for Secure Cloud Communication Offering

Company joins forces with Ingram Micro Cloud to bring to market its integrated Dstny-Microsoft Teams solution for SMEs. 

Brussel, 3 juni 2020 – Dstny, the Belgian provider of secure cloud communication solutions for innovative enterprises, is including Microsoft Teams in its portfolio, thus completing its cloud communication platform. In this way, the company meets the demand of SMEs for a total solution to communicate and collaborate securely. 

Besides SmartMobile and SmartMobile Plus, both solutions for secure cloud telephony, Dstny now also offers a telephony solution around Microsoft 365 to communicate and collaborate from anywhere. This allows companies to extend Microsoft Teams, which they often already use as an internal collaboration platform or for video calls, and convert it into a simple PBX so that employees can also use it easily to make calls. Calls are handled via Direct Routing over the Dstny network at low-cost, local rates. For more advanced PBX functionalities such as fixed-mobile or CRM integrations and call centre applications, simple integration of Microsoft Teams with SmartMobile Plus is also possible.  In this case, Dstny takes care of the full implementation of the cloud PBX.
