Joachim Lauwers, Managing Director Dstny Belgium: "We are looking forward to working with Pepijn and his team and welcome them to our Dstny family. In addition to offering secure cloud communications and UcaaS solutions, Dstny also provides cloud infrastructure (IaaS) to its customers. With Stuart's scalable platform, we can now serve our customers even better. And thanks to Stuart's great client portfolio, which includes CM, Essent, AS Adventure, GIMV and Impact Interim, we now have access to the broader SME field in Belgium. In the current war for talent, Stuart's team will bring additional competencies to the table that we plan to leverage not only in Belgium, but also across the Destiny group. By rolling out a standard for cloud infrastructure across the group, we can further strengthen our position as a European, innovative provider of secure cloud communications solutions for SMEs."
For Stuart's more than 50 customers, this acquisition means they will have access to Dstny's broad cloud communications offering while continuing to enjoy the service, stability and scalability of Stuart's managed hosting platform.
Pepijn Palmans, CEO of Stuart: "With this move, we join a strong, European group that focuses on future growth, based on innovation. That fits in perfectly with our ambition. At the same time, our hyper-redundant platform for managed hosting offers the perfect basis for what Dstny wants to roll out in Europe. We will make full use of our knowledge in this area, but already today, this step offers great added value for both our own customers and Dstny customers. We also share the same focus on customer centricity and service, and have many loyal customers who appreciate our personal approach. Just like the customers who partner with us, we find that Dstny customers are shifting their focus from operational tasks to growing and accelerating their business. With our entry into the Dstny group, they now have access to state-of-the-art knowledge and technology to continue to innovate."
The entire Stuart team including CEO Pepijn Palmans will be incorporated into the Destiny group. Pepijn, within the Engineering team of CTO Samuel De Wever, will be responsible for building out a standard for cloud infrastructure within the group.
